By downloading, installing, or using Focus Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Focus Planner is a productivity app designed to help you track focus sessions, manage tasks, and build better work habits. The App provides tools for time tracking, task management, and progress visualization. All data is stored locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

When using Focus Planner, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, images, and other content, is owned by Focus Planner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Premium Subscription

Focus Planner offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
